Great experience recently with Moscoso Moving! We needed to move all of our furniture out of storage when we closed on our house in Norwalk. I had contacted other movers in the area and thought their pricing was out of whack with the fairly small size of the job. From start to finish my interaction with Moscoso was different. I felt Luis actually listened to the scope of what I was asking for, and scaled his quote to reflect it. He was also easy to communicate with, and confirmed our moving details with me the day before, which gave me peace of mind on the day. While I was initially nervous with an hourly rate (vs. a flat fee), on moving day his team was on time, professional, and got the job done under the estimated 4 hours. While (fingers crossed) we won't be moving again for sometime, I would absolutely recommend Moscoso to others :)

Luis and his team did a great job of moving us from Astoria to SoNo. We moved from a second floor walkup to a second floor walk up with a twisted staircase up to a loft and they did a fantastic job. One star off for our particle board furniture not surviving the move, but apparently it's not supposed to :/ When we got to SoNo, a third mover materialized to make the job go quicker, and Luis even drilled my taken apart bed back together for me. Would definitely use again :)

So glad I happened upon Luis and his team! I had a pretty easy move (new apartment in the very same building) and was going to go with 2 men and a truck until I got their estimate. Crazy high. I called Moscoso at random and Luis was extremely helpful and accommodating. This moving company was great - they definitely had the lowest prices, showed up on time, let me know when they were starting the clock (they get paid by the hour), and hustled to get our move done quickly. They were all nice people and even put our ping pong table back together for us. They really all went above and beyond, and I'd use them again in a second. Luis and the men did a great job on our move. Our closing kept getting pushed back and they were able to help us out on very short notice. They worked long hours to get my move done right. Even a snow storm the day before the move didn't slow them down. I had used a national brand mover in the past and was extremely unhappy with the service they provided and all they cared about jacking up the final bill. Luis gave me a per hour rate so there was no nonsense when it came time to pay. None of my items were lost or damaged, and we have some large pieces.
